Most orders placed before 12 noon Eastern time on weekdays (excluding holidays) will ship out the same day. The approximate time for delivery is dependent upon the delivery address. Times shown in the tables below are an estimate only.
We reserve the right to select a carrier based on your order's weight and destination. If you prefer a specific method of delivery, please call us to place your order (the rates below will not apply). All orders to PO boxes must be sent via USPS.
If you need to arrange an overnight order, please call us. Overnight orders must be placed before 11:00am Eastern Time in order to be guaranteed overnight. For guaranteed 2 and 3 day shipping, please arrange your order over the phone.

Please note that standard subscription rates on The Briefing include postage and handling within the United States, and therefore the cost of any subscriptions is excluded from the order total when calculating the applicable shipping charges.
Overseas
We use US Postal Service First-Class Mail on orders less than $32 in value and under 4lbs. For all other orders we use US Priority Mail International. If you prefer to have your order shipped UPS, please call us to arrange this service.
You will be responsible for any applicable taxes or fees due upon delivery.

We ship all over the world (except to countries embargoed by the US Government). However, orders to Asia Pacific* countries are handled by our Australian office, and should be placed using the Australian online store.

The Briefing, The e-Briefing and other electronic items
Customers will not be charged additional shipping costs for Briefing subscriptions or any downloadable electronic items, e.g. The e-Briefing, Church Musician's Handbook (e-Book), etc.
Incorrectly addressed items
We can not take responsibility for the shipping address provided being undeliverable or incorrect. If items are returned by the carrier we will reship it at the actual cost of shipment and your credit card will be charged for that amount.
