Note for Keynote (iWork 09) users: Three of the Keynote files on the DVD do not seem to open properly in the latest version of Keynote, even though they open fine in the previous versions. You can download replacement files* (170mb), or if you have a previous version of Keynote available to you, you can open the files in that. We simply opened the files in the Keynote (iWork 08) version, then re-saved the files ('Save as...') with the 'Include preview in document' and 'Advanced options'>'Copy theme images into document' options checked. The files then opened without problem in Keynote (iWork 09). (* Replacement files are intended only for customers who have bought the DVD.)
